DROP’D is a premium monthly beauty subscription box. Each month we curate a selection of luxury skincare and beauty products and deliver them straight to your door — at a fraction of the retail price.
What boxes do you offer?
We offer two tiers:
The Drop — £39.99/month — 6–8 products, £100+ retail value.
The Vault — £79.99/month — 10–12 products, £200+ retail value, plus 1 Vault-exclusive item.
What brands do you feature?
We curate from premium brands including The Ordinary, Elemis, Laneige, Glow Recipe, Charlotte Tilbury, CeraVe and more. Products vary each month — no repeats, no fillers.
Subscriptions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date with zero hassle, no questions asked. Manage everything via your account portal.
Can I skip or pause a month?
Yes. Log into your account portal to skip or pause your subscription at any time.
When am I billed?
You are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed.
Can I upgrade from The Drop to The Vault?
Yes — you can upgrade anytime via your account portal. Your next box will reflect the new tier.
Shipping
When does my box ship?
All boxes ship in the first week of every month. Orders close on the 25th of each month.
Is shipping free?
Yes — free UK shipping is always included. No hidden fees, ever.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to the UK and EU. International shipping is available at checkout.
Products & Quality
Are the products full-size?
Yes — every box includes full-size products alongside deluxe samples. No miniatures passed off as full-size.
Is the value guaranteed?
Yes. Every box meets or exceeds the advertised retail value — always. The Drop guarantees £100+. The Vault guarantees £200+.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Contact us at hello@dropd.beauty within 48 hours of receiving your box and we will resolve it immediately.
