We offer free shipping across the UK on all DROP’D subscription boxes.

  • Dispatch: All boxes ship during the first week of each month
  • Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking notification by email as soon as your box ships

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of curated subscription boxes, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on dispatched boxes.

However, we always want you to be happy with your DROP’D experience. If:

  • Your box arrives damaged — contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • An item is missing from your box — contact us and we’ll make it right
  • You have a product concern — we’d love to hear from you
