These Terms of Service govern your use of dropd.beauty and your subscription to DROP’D beauty boxes. By subscribing, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly on your sign-up date
The Drop is £39.99/month. The Vault is £79.99/month
You may cancel at any time before your next billing date
Cancellations after billing will take effect the following month

3. Delivery

Boxes ship during the first week of each month
Free UK shipping is included on all subscriptions
DROP’D is not responsible for delays caused by couriers

4. Refunds

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we do not offer refunds on dispatched orders. Damaged or incomplete boxes will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

5. Changes to Products

DROP’D reserves the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if a featured product becomes unavailable.
